How it works…
TSA: Foundations in a 6-month deep dive.
Classes will be full of practical education about training, anatomy, exercise principles, and movement, along with powerful strength workouts scaled and adapted to your needs.
In addition, you will get practice homework, videos, and additional workouts to help you integrate and synthesize everything you’ve learned in class.
Along the way, there will be plenty of time for Q & A and conversations about mindset and goal setting for your strength training needs.

Learn foundational Strength Training principles and movements that you can use to train yourself for the rest of your life.
