TSA SUMMER: Just Train

This is a short Summer Session. Classes will be full of the same great training and education as the longer format TSA classes but in a quicker, 1-hr format. Designed for TSA Alumni and people with some training experience.

Cancellation policy:
Full refund available (minus $50 fee) until 14-days prior to start of first class. No refunds if cancelled fewer than 14-days before the first class.
 

How it works…

  • TSA meets for 12 in-person classes and TSA Mini Session meets for 6 in-person classes.

  • Classes will be full of practical education about training, anatomy, exercise principles, and movement, along with powerful strength workouts scaled and adapted to your needs.

  • In addition, you will get practice homework, videos, and additional workouts to help you integrate and synthesize everything you’ve learned in class.

  • Along the way, there will be plenty of time for Q & A and conversations about mindset and goal setting for your strength training needs.
